महंगी प्याज ने सब्जियों का जायका बिगाड़ दिया है, लेकिन इस समस्या का हल निकालते हुए कुछ रेस्तरां में मेवों से ग्रेवी बनाना शुरू कर दिया गया है। हैरानी की बात यह है कि मेवों से ग्रेवी बनाने पर भी उन्हें घाटा नहीं बल्कि फायदा हो रहा है।
